How do I enroll my student?
Please call the office 304.385.4376 and speak with the office staff. We will let you know what documents we need from you and when you can pick-up forms and drop off information.
How do I check grades/classwork/etc.?
Classes use Schoology as a communication tool and gradebook. You can obtain your parent account information from your child’s teacher. Your child has access to Schoology through their Office 365 credentials.
How do I meet with my child’s teacher?
Teachers are available by appointment during their planning period. Please send your child’s teacher a message on Schoology or call the office and leave a message for them to return your call. All communication will returned within 24 hours.
What do I do if I need to sign my student out early or change their bus destination?
Please call the office and let us know you are signing your child out early so we can have them ready. Students must be signed out through the office and will only be released to people listed on the green card. If your child needs to ride the bus to a different location, please send a written note that morning. Bus destinations can be changed via phone in the event of an emergency but we prefer written notes.
How do I know if school is closed/delayed?
Announcements are made via Schoology, Remind, and posted on the BOE website. Please sign up for our School Remind by texting @3854376 to 81010. We send other pertinent school information, updates and reminders out via Remind as well.
